Final evaluation, grading, and award of qualifications are determined solely by UKeU® and its partner universities. Support services do not influence academic decisions, results, or confer any right to specific outcomes.

UKeU® makes no guarantees or commitments regarding recognition of qualifications or awards by third parties, including employers, government bodies, or foreign institutions. Learners are solely responsible for verifying the recognition and acceptance of their qualifications with external entities.

UKeU® supports students in arranging graduation ceremonies; however, it does not guarantee the issuance of visas or travel permissions. Visa approval and travel-related decisions rest solely with immigration authorities and respective government agencies.

UKeU® does not provide, imply, or guarantee any benefits, rights, or outcomes beyond its legal and contractual authority. Any verbal or written promises not explicitly documented and authorized by UKeU® are void.

UKeU® support services are designed to assist learners through guidance, coordination, and facilitation. These services do not replace personal effort, responsibility, or legal compliance obligations of the learner.

UKeU® shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from reliance on support services, failure to achieve academic outcomes, or third-party decisions beyond its control.
